Feature feat: contextual AI help system working - Fix routing token collision (controller/action -> pageController/pageAction) - ViewData passing from _Layout to _HelpButton via ViewDataDictionary - HelpService, HelpController, _HelpButton.cshtml all updated

We've added a smart AI help system that provides contextual assistance based on what page you're currently viewing. The help feature now works seamlessly across all pages and can understand where you are in the application to give you more relevant support.
